Whatever @shoaib100mph said in his interview is true. But at the same time, i am thankful to all great players who supported me wholeheartedly as a cricketer. I personally request all not to politicise the issue. Here is my statement: pic.twitter.com/8vN3Kilm4W

Indian Propaganda
Even though the Spinner specifically did not want to involve politics, Indian media is misinterpreting the whole issue in order to justify the controversial Citizenship Amendment Law. Kaneria while talking to an Indian Tv Channel continuously told the anchor about how he got love in Pakistan on a daily basis. He argued that it was Shoaib who gave the statement so he must know something but as far he knows there was nop such thing apparently. He urged Akhter to reveal the names or the time will tell.
He further recognized the support from Inzamam-ul-Haq, Muhammad Yousaf (Yousif Yohana), Younis Khan, and Shoaib Akhter himself. However, the news anchor was persistent in the extreme discrimination against minorities in Pakistan. On commenting on the religious change of Muhammad Yousaf as a personal decision. The Indian Anchor can also be seen persuading the former national cricketer to consider the CAB. However, Kaneria clearly declined the suggestion by saying he will not involve in political issues.
